These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to the website and the purchase of products sold by DGR GROUP SRLS (hereinafter also "Seller") through the DGR GROUP SRLS website.

The use of the website and the submission of an order imply full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Subject of the contract

This contract governs the online sale of watches and related accessories sold through the website.

The photographs, images, and product descriptions are created with the utmost care. Any color or detail differences due to the settings of the device used by the customer or manufacturer updates do not constitute a product defect.

3. Product availability

The availability indicated on the website is updated periodically but cannot be guaranteed in real time.

If an ordered product is unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be promptly informed and can choose between:

•     waiting for the product to be restocked;

•     replacing the product;

•     receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and availability at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If, due to a material error, a clearly incorrect price or inaccurate information regarding a product is published, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, promptly informing the customer and providing for any refund of sums already paid.

5. Orders

Sending the order constitutes a purchase proposal by the customer.

The sales contract is considered concluded exclusively upon the Seller's sending of the order confirmation via email.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

•     product unavailability;

•     obvious pricing errors;

•     incomplete or inaccurate data;

•     suspected fraudulent activity;

•     inability to deliver.

6. Payment methods

Only payment methods available during checkout are accepted.

Payment must be authorized before the order is fulfilled.

Transactions are processed through certified payment providers.

The Seller does not store or have access to the full payment card data used by the customer.

7. Shipments

Shipping methods are governed by the specific Shipping Information published on the website.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping data provided during the purchase.

Delivery times indicated on the website are purely indicative and may vary due to reasons beyond the Seller's control.

8. Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check:

•     the integrity of the packaging;

•     the absence of obvious tampering;

•     the correspondence of the number of packages.

In the presence of visible anomalies, it is mandatory to accept the package with a specific reservation or refuse delivery and promptly contact Customer Service.

To proceed with any resolution, it is necessary to document the damages or discrepancies by email to Customer Service as soon as possible.

9. Order cancellation

The customer can request order cancellation at any time.

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation is still possible but is subject to the actual feasibility of blocking or returning the goods. Any return or storage costs may be charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation remains unaffected.

10. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product delivery.

The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

11. Returns

Returned items will be verified before refund approval.

Before shipping, the Seller may photographically document the product and its packaging.

A refund may be refused if a product different from the one shipped is returned or if it does not meet the requirements specified in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

12. Warranty

All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian law.

If the manufacturer provides an additional commercial warranty, it will be governed exclusively by the conditions prepared by the manufacturer itself.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

•     improper use;

•     impacts;

•     falls;

•     normal wear and tear;

•     water ingress caused by use not in accordance with declared characteristics;

•     opening of the watch by unauthorized personnel;

•     repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized parties.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, photographs, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, layout, videos, and other materials, belongs to the Seller or their respective rights holders.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or use, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

14. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized to consumers by law, the Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of earnings, or other damages arising from the use of the website, services, or purchased products.

15. Force majeure

The Seller will not be responsible for delays or inability to fulfill contractual obligations due to force majeure events, such as, by way of example:

•     natural disasters;

•     fires;

•     strikes;

•     wars;

•     pandemics;

•     interruptions of transport networks;

•     unavailability of couriers;

•     measures by Authorities;

•     other unpredictable events beyond the Seller's control.

17. Changes to these Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website and will not apply to orders already concluded.

18. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumer customers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile will be competent, within the limits provided by current legislation.

For disputes with professional customers, the Court of [COMPETENT COURT] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
